#1password safari extension not working password
Anybody else have a problem like this? I'm not sure what I would have done without the iMac. Go beyond saving passwords with the best password manager Generate strong passwords and store them in a secure vault. By syncing my other Mac, it cleared whatever was holding up the Mac Air 1P update. The glitch may have been in iCloud or the App Store. With the introduction of iOS 15 and iPadOS 15, Safari extensions that previously only worked on the Mac can also run on the iPhone and iPad.

I held my breath and attempted to update yet again - and it DID ! Both iMac and MacAir 1Password apps are now 7.8. After opening Preferences, I went to Extensions, clicked the checkbox to activate one, nothing happened, I dragged the window to the opposite side of the screen from where the dock is, and then I clicked, and the checkbox worked. Now, however after having successfully updated iMac, it showed up as just needing an update. The problem came back for me at some point. Where before - and a puzzlement to be sure - 1Password was also showing up in my App Store applications as being in iCloud as tho' I had deleted it - which I hadn't. 1Password then successfully updated on my iMac desktop. Im not sure why making a browser plugin that does not solve a problem that we are not. So I updated it successfully, completely quitting all 1Password apps including the one in the Menu Bar. I see the current iOS extension but it only works with Safari.
(Image credit: 1Password) Finally, grab the relevant 1Password. Tap Manage Extensions and turn on 1Password, then tap Done. Not sure if it will work for anyone else, but here's what I did: I went to my iMac desktop, checked App Store and sure enough - that 1Password also needed an update. On Windows, settings are found under 1Password > Settings > Security and on macOS under 1Password > Preferences > Security.
